The Quantum Leap 2024 event will be held in Orlando, FL. The exact location will be disclosed when you purchase your ticket.

Please bring a Photo ID and proof of purchase to gain access to the event. Scan QR Code to google form that they sign in on.

Of course, but they will need their own ticket as well. We offer a spouse ticket at only $295 as an add-on to Silver or Gold Tickets. Spouse Tickets include the 3 day seminar but do not include dinner tickets. Dinner tickets can be purchased separately. Only valid ticket holders will have access to the Quantum Leap Event.

We strive to make it as easy as possible for all people to enjoy a Quantum Leap event. Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible seating will vary based on each venue’s policies and capacity. Accessible seating is subject to availability and reserved solely for those with disabilities and their companions.

You can take photos of the Quantum Leap event. Recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited.

Yes! If you would like to upgrade your ticket(s), please email us at [email protected] and we will assist you.

Note: All ticket upgrades must be done prior to the event. You will not be able to upgrade your ticket at the event.

All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved events. If for any reason you’re unable to attend, you can opt to receive a credit to a future event or gift your tickets to family, friends, or colleagues. To receive a credit or gift your tickets, notify us at least 15 days prior to the event by writing to [email protected]. If the event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, you’ll receive a notification outlining your options; refunds are determined on an event-by-event basis.

Yes, we have a special room block rate at the hotel venue. The room block will be available when you purchase your ticket. Please contact the hotel directly for questions regarding rooms, rates and availability.

We suggest business casual for the event. Our event space may be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater or jacket if you think you may need it.

Depending on your experience level, there will be options for a lunch with our speaker(s) and/or a photo opp.
