Quantum Nutrition Testing (QNT) is not treating, diagnosing, or practicing of medicine, nutrition, or any other licensed health care field. QNT is a holistic or natural means to educate a person about how to improve their health naturally using natural means.

Registration for LIVE Events/Conferences. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a Live Event or related event(s) at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a LIVE event or conference, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed seminar or event within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed seminar shall be applicable to the rescheduled seminar on a dollar-for-dollar basis only. In the event the Quantum Nutrition Testing Academy elects not to reschedule the canceled seminar or event, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fees already paid. QNT Academy is not responsible for related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses the registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow 30 days for us to process any refunds or credit changes. LIVE event dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. QNT Academy reserves the right to change any instructor for each seminar or event without notice.
Registration confirmations: You will receive a LIVE Event/Online course purchase confirmation email within one week.
Registrants cannot make the date LIVE Event registrations. A LIVE Event Registration expires after 12 months from the date of purchase. Special events tickets can be transferred to another special event of the same type within a 12-month time frame starting from the date of purchase so long as the purchaser provides a minimum of thirty (30) days written or electronic (email) notice prior to the event of the desire to transfer the ticket to another event. If the ticket is transferred to a different type of event (within the 12-month period) there may be an additional charge depending on the nature and length of the event.
Travel and related expenses for workshops, seminars, or special events. All expenses related to attending any QNT workshops or seminars of any kind are the responsibility of the attendee. This includes, but is not limited to airfare, food, and lodging.
Online Course Registrations. Online Course registrations are for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and are for one person only unless otherwise stated in the product offer or marketing materials. Course access may not be shared with others or transferred from the original person who is granted course access. Any downloadable materials are for the sole use of the registrant except for those materials that are intended to be handed out to the practice’s clients.
Refund Policies for Services. The refund policies for training, including courses, workshops, and events, sold through this website are as follows:
Refund policy for workshops and seminars: Once paid, registration fees for workshops & seminars are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule his/her attendance at a workshop or seminar, a transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with QNT in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration. If a registrant desires to reschedule his/her attendance at a workshop or seminar, notice must be given in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Permission may be granted or denied to reschedule at the discretion of QNT. Registration tickets for live events are valid for one year after purchase. Registration is transferable to another individual so long as we receive written authorization from the original buyer requesting the transfer; such transfer will be done by a certificate in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration. The sale of seminars, workshops, or credit is not permitted, nor can the fees paid be used to purchase products. Sale or transfer of seminar tickets or credits is not permitted.
Refund policy for QNT special events: Once purchased, a ticket for a special event (such as but not limited to the Quantum Nutrition Testing Academy Seminars) are non-refundable and non-transferable for other QNT services or products.
Refund policy for online courses: A refund for a course purchased through this website must be requested in writing. A meeting may be requested to discuss your satisfaction with the course and/or services. It is at the discretion of Quantum Nutrition Testing to approve of your cancellation request. If cancellation is approved, your recurring membership can take up to 60 days for billing to stop processing.
